Golfers in the 19th Annual St. Luke-Francis Boyce Memorial Charity Tournament will be taking a swing at $20,000 during a hole-in-one contest, thanks to The Bonadio Group. The event tees off with an 8 a.m. “shot gun” start on August 13 at Battle Island State Park in Fulton.

For the second year in a row, the James E. Strates Shows is bringing its unique carnival midway to the shores of Lake Ontario for the 29th annual Oswego Harborfest. The location of the show this year is new: it has moved to West First Street, in between West Schuyler and Lake streets.

Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School District will host its annual “Stuff-A-Bus” school supply distribution to students on August 26 from 9 a.m. to noon. The district will also have a bottle and can drive from August 8 to 12 to raise funds for the purchase of school supplies.
