My Guy and Me is a night when the children enjoy a night out with their significant male figure building and conversing about how each part is assembled. Oswego County Head Start Pre-K is continuing to take applications for next year.

Made up of the top 1 percent of student leaders on campus, NRHH recognizes students who have made outstanding contributions to the residence hall community. Students must be nominated by an Office of Residential Community Life staff member, go through an application and interview, and then be selected for induction through a blind process.

Students enrolled in career and technical education programs at the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation who earned at least a 90 in their CTE class during the third marking period were named to the CiTi CTE honor roll by Principal Marla Berlin.

The town of Oswego will host its sixth annual community yard sale throughout the town’s neighborhoods on August 1. This town-wide event has been very successful, averaging about 45 homes holding sales each year.

The College of Saint Rose in Albany announced that Lindsey Wiehl of Cleveland is one of 107 students honored for outstanding academic achievement.

The artists’ co-op, located at 191 W. First St., has added several new items to its variety of fine art and fine craft inventory.

The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown High School recently presented its spring concert, much to the pleasure of a crowd full of proud family members and friends. The concert featured performances by the school’s mixed chorus and wind ensemble.
