The start of a new year is always a time to reflect on the year that was, but more importantly it is a time to look forward and make positive changes for the coming year. A study done by the University of Scranton showed that about 45 percent of Americans make resolutions each year and that by six months into the new year, only 46 percent of those making resolutions have stuck to them.
