SUNY Oswego University Police have charged Ryan Ringwood, 19, of Seneca Hall at SUNY Oswego and 31 Letchworth St. in Auburn with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

The Rural Health Network of Oswego County recently awarded Cayuga Community College’s Fulton Campus with a grant in support of the college’s nursing program. The grant assisted the program in the creation of a Nursing Simulation Lab.
