Long Time Coming to Rock CNY Great Pumpkin Festival

One of the area’s most popular music groups, Long Time Coming, will add its classic rock sound to the CNY Great Pumpkin Festival with a live performance at 4 p.m., October 4 on the Great Pumpkin stage. Comprised of local musicians who have performed with several well-known local bands over the years, Long Time Coming formed in 2012 at the suggestion of bass player, Jim Dillabough.

Physical Therapist Groff Joins Oswego Health’s Central Square staff

Physical Therapist Deb Groff has recently joined the rehabilitation staff at Oswego Health’s Central Square Medical Center. “The patients have been great and I really enjoy working in this beautiful, spacious facility that features new equipment, including a state-of-the-art spinal traction table,” Groff said.
