Simple acts of kindness can brighten another person’s day, are often an inspiration, and have the power to create a positive ‘pay it forward’ movement. A shining example of this is a random acts of kindness project that was coordinated by Maureen Bennett’s class at Oswego County BOCES.

Oswego’s Got Talent is seeking youth performers ages 8-21 years old from 2:15 – 4:15 p.m. on July 27 in West Park during Harborfest. The second annual Oswego’s Got Talent Show is a community collaboration celebrating creativity, youth artists, diversity, and creating an awareness of Oswego’s rich cultural resources.
Grace and Glory Reptiles of Oswego recently visited Sally Austin’s UPK class at Lanigan Elementary School. The visit followed a Common Core unit on reptiles and mammals.
