Cindy Schmidt, of Cranky Cat Collection fame, will display examples, explain the materials and create an original scarf during the demonstration. This event is part of Lakeside Artisans’ month-long anniversary celebration.
The class of 2013 for Leadership Oswego County, a program of SUNY Oswego’s Office of Business and Community Relations, is kicking off its “Supporting Our Seniors” campaign.
The class will focus on providing gift bags for residents of selected senior living facilities in Oswego County. The bags will contain items identified as needed by those living there.

The Oswego Evangelical Alliance of Churches invite all to a Good Friday Service with music and a message for the Easter Season. It will be held on March 29 at 7 p.m. at Elim Grace Christian Church, 340 W. First St.
Each month, St. Luke residents are welcomed by store owner Bill Reilly and his staff. Volunteer and book club leader Mary Ann Hogan reads selected works and leads a discussion about the material covered.
