Leadership Oswego County to support seniors through gift bags
The class of 2013 for Leadership Oswego County, a program of SUNY Oswego’s Office of Business and Community Relations, is kicking off its “Supporting Our Seniors” campaign.
The class will focus on providing gift bags for residents of selected senior living facilities in Oswego County. The bags will contain items identified as needed by those living there.
Dix graduates basic combat training
Army Pvt. Justin R. Dix has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Dix is a 2012 graduate of Mexico High School.

Good Friday Service Scheduled
The Oswego Evangelical Alliance of Churches invite all to a Good Friday Service with music and a message for the Easter Season. It will be held on March 29 at 7 p.m. at Elim Grace Christian Church, 340 W. First St.

Education professor to assist in Brazilian state’s school development
