Program chairperson Nancy Ellis introduced Jonathan Daniels, executive director of the Port of Oswego Authority, at a recent meeting of the Fulton Rotary Club. Daniels noted that Oswego is the oldest deep water, fresh water port in the US.
The Minetto United Methodist Church will host a free dinner on February 24. Serving will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, children are invited to volunteer at the Fulton Public Library on February 12 for ‘Have a Heart.’ Participants will be making cards and colored popcorn to be given to the seniors residing at the Ladies Home of Oswego.
