The following local residents were named to the Dean’s List at the State University of New York at New Paltz for the Fall 2012 semester.

CNY Arts Center is excited to add Douglas McCall as pianist/accompanist to the line-up for its upcoming benefit cabaret, Songs of the Seasons on March 2 at 8 p.m. at State Street UMC, 357 State St.

The Oswego County Youth Advisory Council will host a Family Bowling Day from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 20 at Lighthouse Lanes. Admission is $10 per person or $30 for four people and includes two hours of bowling, shoe rental and arcade tokens. It is open to the public.

Susan Conklin, instructor, consultant and coach, will discuss the topic of “Rejuvenation and Resilience” at the next Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training’s monthly breakfast meeting on March 7 at 8 a.m. at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center.

Nicole Cortes of Pulaski, a fourth year School of Pharmacy and Health Professions student at Creighton University, was named to the fall Dean’s List for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Charrise Kidd, president of the Fulton Noon Rotary Club this year, welcomed Mary Costigan as the newest member of the club. Mary is the director of the Michaud Nursing Home in Fulton.

The FPS Student Council asked  all students were asked to wear red or pink to celebrate the day. Students from every grade level gathered together to proudly display their support of the day.

For the month of March, Lakeside Artisans, at 191 W. First St., is offering two classes.

Oswego Y second annual “Spring Fling” Double Elimination Racquetball Tournament will be held February 23 beginning at 8 a.m.
