On January 12, the Oswego County Officers of 2013 for the Ancient Order of Hibernians were sworn in. The ceremony was held at the Oswego AOH Hall, where a social hour began at 2 p.m., the installation at 3 p.m., followed at its conclusion with entertainment and a social gathering.
Fulton Rotarian Bridgette Seguin introduced Martha Murray at a recent Rotary Club meeting. Martha is on the board of the St. Francis Social Adult Day Care Center in Syracuse.

A stray cat found his way to my barn in December.I have house cats who are very friendly. This is my first experience with a not so tame cat. Am I doing the right thing by letting him stay there. Should I trap him again and bring him in the house to try to tame him?
