Murdock’s Sports Supports United Way Food Drive

Ben Turner of Murdock’s Bicycles and Sports in Oswego has collected 6 boxes of food to date. He started collecting food at his store in support of United Way’s Annual Stone Soup luncheon and is continuing to do so until Christmas.

Bowen’s Corners Church Planning Holiday Bazaar

Preparations are under way for the annual holiday bazaar at the Bowen’s Corners United Methodist Church to be held Friday and Saturday. The event will feature crafts, a bake sale and candy sale, and a luncheon, which will be served throughout the day. Bazaar hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
