Responsibility simply means “to do what’s right” and students at Volney Elementary School in the Fulton City School District were selected by their classroom teachers as exemplifying the character trait and recognized at a special school-wide assembly.

Witches, goblins, and ghosts galore; ninjas, superheroes, zombies, and more; they all turned up for a spooktacularly good time at the 3rd Annual Granby Elementary School Halloween Fun Night.

The halls of Bishop’s Commons were filled recently with ghosts and goblins, princesses and pirates, as little one’s enjoyed a safe and warm trick or treating experience hosted by the staff and residents of the Enriched Living Residence.

Members of the City of Fulton Fire Department visited Granby Elementary School last week to talk to kindergarten students about fire safety and prevention.

The $860 donation will be used to purchase two new computers through Wal-Mart for the city of Oswego Fire Department’s F.E.T.N. (Fire and Emergency Training Network) Training.

Oswego County recently designated October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month to raise awareness about the devastating impact of this issue and the variety of services available to its victims and survivors.

This huge gigantic sale will include: books, records, magazines, children’s books, hardcovers and paperback, CDs, DVDs, and more with a wide selection. Delicious homebaked goods will also be available for sale, with a sandwich lunch and more available Saturday. Free coffee will be offered all three days.
