On Monday evening (Dec. 5), young artists, their parents, siblings and community members had the opportunity to view student art work in the Oswego Public Library adult gallery. In the past the area outside of the library community room, was dedicated to the artistic expressions of adults. However, on this evening there was something a bit different on the walls.
