Dr. Stan Levenson, 1954 graduate of Oswego State, former teacher at Hannibal Central School, and public school fundraising guru has announced today the release of his memoir, When Brooklyn Was Heaven, A Memoir from Brooklyn to L.A. and Places In-Between.
To be eligible for the program, participants must be residents of Onondaga or Oswego County, be HEAP eligible, and have a medical condition that requires air conditioning. Medical documentation must be provided.
