Recently, the Early Intervention department at ARC of Oswego County hosted a special holiday party for the children in the program, along with their families.

The Shirts ‘n Skirts Square Dance Club, which meets on Friday evenings at the Fulton Municipal Building, collected Toys for Tots at a recent dance.

ARC of Oswego County recently hosted a Holiday Dance for adults with disabilities in Oswego. Participants enjoyed good company, great music and dancing, snacks, and even a visit from Santa.

The students were given material to weave outside with the playground fence. The children are using their small motor skills to weave the material back and forth.

The Fulton Jr. High School library recently held a scavenger hunt to promote using the resources available to students in their school library.

Eight SUNY Oswego students and three psychology professors plan to journey to Haiti next month — a trip that will overlap the Jan. 12 anniversary of a devastating earthquake — to work with community leaders in Petit-Goave on continuing issues of trauma.

The City of Fulton recently contracted with General Code to make the Fulton City Code available online.  The goal of the project is to make the code more available to the public and to make it easier to use and research.
