The Basement Boutique will be open on Sat., Oct.. 2 during the Bizarre Bazaar. The Boutique is a thrift shop in the basement of the First United Church of Fulton, 33 S. Third St., Fulton and is staffed by volunteers. All proceeds are used for church operations and community outreach.

Oswego County Federal Credit Union (OCFCU), is building its first office outside of Oswego in the former railroad depot at 5530 Scenic Ave. (Route 3) in Mexico. The office is scheduled to open in late November, said Bill Carhart, OCFCU CEO.
