Literacy Volunteers and Friendly’s Restaurant Team Up for Literacy

On June 23rd from 5 to 8 p.m., Literacy Volunteers of Oswego  County (LVOC) and Friendly’s Restaurant in Oswego are teaming up for a  Family Fun Night.  Ten percent of all proceeds, whether eat-in or  take-out, will be donated to LVOC.  Shown from left to right are: Sandy  Losurdo, Manager of Friendly’s Restaurant in Oswego; Sandy Todd-Wyman of  LVOC; and Denise Sarandis, LVOC Learner and Friendly’s employee.   Friendly’s Restaurant is located at 192 W. Bridge St., Oswego.  For more  information on the event, contact Friendly’s at 342-2233 or LVOC at  342-8839.  Friendly’s Restaurant in Oswego and Literacy Volunteers of Oswego County are hosting a very special Friendly’s family fun night to help make reading as easy as licking an ice cream cone.
