The creator of one of the most watched YouTube videos will be this year’s YIKAN kickoff guest speaker. To accommodate Speaker Judson Laipply, this event will change from a breakfast to a lunch and will be held from noon until 1:30 p.m. at the Oswego YMCA Armory.
