Barry Leemann Re-Elected Chairman of Oswego County Legislature
Legislator Barry D. Leemann, District 4, was re-elected to his third term as Chairman of the Oswego County Legislature at the 2010 organizational meeting. Oswego County legislators also re-elected were John Proud, District 7, to his third term as Vice Chairman, and re-elected Ted Jerrett to his twelfth term as Clerk of the Legislature.
