The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recognized Roxanne Deyo for 31 years of service. Deyo will be retiring from her position as a principal social welfare examiner with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recently presented John Heretyk with a certificate of appreciation for 25 years of service to the county. Heretyk is a senior case manager with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presents Kathleen Buchiere with a certificate of appreciation for her 30 years of service. Buchiere is the Director of Social Services at the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
Oswego County Legislature Chairman Barry Leemann recently presented a proclamation designating the month of October as 4-H Month in Oswego County.
These programs are responsible for operating more than 48,000 classrooms in every state and practically every county in the country. Since 1999, more than 4,000 children have been students of Head Start Preschool in Oswego County.
