County Personnel Director Retires
The Oswego County Legislature’s Finance and Personnel Committee congratulates County Personnel Director Maureen Sullivan, on her retirement. Sullivan started working for county government in 1976, and served in many positions in the Department of Personnel. She was appointed Director of Personnel in 2003.
