Oswego Health’s annual Fulton Multi-Organ Blood Analysis to be held June 7 in the cafeteria of G. Ray Bodley High School.

Local youngsters can learn more about bike safety and be properly fit with a free bike helmet during the Fulton Bike Rodeo to be held May 31 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the Fulton Community Center. This free event will also offer drawings for a free new bike, air hop rides, bike registrations, food and more.

The screenings are being offered to those concerned about their hearing, who are not currently wearing hearing aids or have not been diagnosed with a hearing loss. The month of May is also celebrated as Better Hearing and Speech Month. The free screenings will be available to the public from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 22 at Oswego Hospital.

Each month Oswego Health offers two free diabetes support groups led by the health system’s certified diabetes educator. A group meets the first Thursday of the month from 10 to 11 a.m. at Springside at Seneca Hill located halfway between Fulton and Oswego on Route 45A.

Area runners and walkers can support Oswego Health’s cancer outreach and educational support services, as they participate in the health system’s annual Charity Walk/Run on May 17. The event is dedicated to those in our community who have been affected by cancer.
