Oswego Industries/ARC recently collected food for Rotary’s “Food For Thought” program. It has been divided between Catholic Charities and the Salvation Army.

Anneliese Bishop of Phoenix, was recently initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. Bishop was initiated at State University of New York at Potsdam.

The State University of New York at Potsdam recently named 920 students to the President’s List, in recognition of their academic excellence in the Spring 2016 semester.

for retiring Superintendent of Schools William R. Lynch. The event is set for June 16, from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Fulton Junior High School cafeteria, 129 Curtis St., Fulton.

Dean’s List status, which is awarded to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses, has been granted to Alyssa Wedge, of Fair Haven, in the spring 2016 semester.
