I have just started training to do road races. I am 57, so this is a big adventure for me. My questions is do you think it’s a good idea to take my dog, Penny, with me on training runs. She is used to walking with me every day and even though she’s five she has a lot of energy.

he Oswego County New Horizons Band and Chorus will present their annual summer community concert on August 7, at 7 p.m., at the Minetto United Methodist Church. Both groups will perform a variety of familiar and favorite tunes. The band rehearses on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and the chorus on Tuesdays at 9 a.m., at the Minetto United Methodist Church.
Oswego Health welcomes experienced Orthopedic Surgeon John Ayres, MD, to its Advanced Orthopedic Group. Dr. Ayres earned his doctor of medicine degree from New York Medical College in New York City.
