The top three finishers advancing to the regional competition are sixth grader Cody Vincent (second place), fourth graders Thomas May (first) and Andrew Paura (third).

Jessica Lawler of Mexico has been named to the Fall 2013 Dean’s List at American International College in Springfield, Mass. Lawler was one of more than 400 AIC students recognized for their academic achievements.

The Oswego County Health Department offers a variety of services to all residents of Oswego County, including preventive health services, certified home health care, long-term home health care, certified hospice, and a maternal and child health program.

Jeffrey Wagner, utility consumer program specialist, Office of Consumer Policy, State of New York, was the speaker at a recent Fulton Noon Rotary Club meeting. Jeff works in the Syracuse office for the Public Service Commission and deals with consumer issues throughout Central New York.

150 Kindergarteners in Phoenix attended a “Puppets For Safety” show sponsored by a grant from the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee. Topics covered were bike and helmet safety, pedestrian safety and booster and seatbelt safety. Plenty of dancing and singing occurred!
