Several programs of Catholic Charities of Oswego County have joined to provide area youth and their families with some Halloween fun, as they host Catholic Charities’ annual Family Halloween Party on October 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Fantasy Witches Parade, now in its 15th year, will begin at noon.

Frank Dietz, a former SUNY Oswego student, Hollywood jack-of-many-trades and award-winning filmmaker, will screen and talk about his and Trish Geiger’s documentary “Beast Wishes: The Fantastic World of Bob and Kathy Burns” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23, in the college’s Campus Center auditorium.
