Benefit Planned For 12-Year-Old

A benefit all-you-can-eat pasta dinner is scheduled for October 20 at the Oasis Room at Thunder Island from noon to 4 p.m. The event is taking place to raise money for the Barry family, Sue, Bob and Ryan. Ryan, who is 12, was riding a mountain bike at camp at Casowasco when he hit a rock on the trail, lost control of the bicycle and hit a tree.

Lions and Tigers and Bears… Michaud Residents Visit the Rosamond Gifford Zoo

Residents from Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton made a trip to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse to take in all of the attractions, including a trip through the Lion Corridor where they got to see Joshua, one of the zoo’s three lions, sunning himself on a warm late summer day.
