On Wednesday, the Oswego Tree Stewards will be joined by Sarah Conley, representative of the St. Lawrence Eastern Lake Ontario PRISM, to identify the ash trees in Breitbeck Park and distribute information to the public on what signs to look for with Emerald Ash Borer.
