Jeannene Bolen of Oswego was named the 2012 “Mental Health Aide Specialist of the Year” at Home Aides of Central New York’s Annual Aide Recognition Dinner.
The winner, John Boots, purchased the winning ticket at the Mapleview Family Restaurant at 2023 Route 104 in Parish.

A fresh coat of paint and grand plans for a busy summer of art experiences will be the spotlight of CNY Arts Center’s open house.
