Fairley Students Caught Doing Something Good

We caught these students "Being Good", reading from the  Dr. O library.  This library was donated by Mrs. Occhino in memory of  her husband Dr. Joseph Occhino, who was the principal at Fairley  Elementary for many years.  The students are, from left, Calexander  Connolly, Corissa Meyer and Desiree Guernsey.

OH Fits 100 Bike Helmets

Oswego Health staff members, trained to fit bike helmets properly,  provided 100 youngsters with an appropriate bike helmet during Fulton’s  Bike Rodeo held at the Fulton Community Center. Properly fitting bike  helmets is an initiative of the Oswego Hospital Emergency Department to  reduce head injuries. Each year the department fits hundreds of area  children with a helmet. In the photo are Lauren and Zachary Eggleton, of  Fulton, who were fit with a helmet by Julie Woodward, RN.     Oswego  Healthcare system includes the Oswego Hospital, The Manor at Seneca  Hill, a skilled nursing facility; Springside at Seneca Hill, a  retirement living community; an urgent care center in Fulton, as well as  health services centers in Mexico, Parish and now Phoenix.
