On March 19, at approximately 12:47 a.m., State Police in Fulton stopped a vehicle on County Route 57 in the town of Schroeppel for a Vehicle and Traffic violation. Troopers interviewed the driver, Joshua R. Anguish, 28, of Phoenix, and determined he was intoxicated, according to the report.
On Sunday (March 20), at approximately 7:23 p.m., State Police in Fulton were dispatched to the William J. Farley Community Park on Chestnut Street in the town of Schroeppel for a complaint of two females acting suspiciously and possibly using drugs in a vehicle in the parking lot. State Police arrived and located the vehicle parked in the parking lot with two females inside.

On March 9, at approximately 2:34 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle operating erratically on State Route 690 in the town of Lysander, Onondaga County. Troopers reportedly observed various drug paraphernalia and evidence of recent drug use within the vehicle. The three occupants were arrested.
On March 12, at approximately 12:29 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle operating without headlights in the village of Phoenix. The driver, Timothy N. June, 33, of Phoenix, was found to allegedly be intoxicated.
On March 11, at approximately 7:10 p.m., State Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident at County Route 4 and Redschoolhouse Road in the town of Palermo. One vehicle was located in the ditch at that intersection, troopers said.
