The Oswego County Drug Task Force and the Fulton City Police Department conducted a several-month investigation that resulted in a search warrant executed on Jaycee C. Floyd, 44, of Syracuse, while he was a passenger in a vehicle operated by Tommie Lee Brunson, who was wanted by the Oswego County Drug Task Force on an indictment warrant. The two men were stopped in the city of Fulton in the afternoon of September 18 by the Fulton City Police and members of the Oswego County Drug Task Force.
Cayuga Community College’s Board of Trustees has signaled a return to financial health and the Fulton campus will see several of its planned developments move forward in the coming days and months as announced during the state of the college address Friday (Sept. 19).
