For the second year, the library is offering its Fulton Memoir Project. The theme for this year’s project is business and education. Those interested should contact the library now to register.

On April 7, Earl C. Dedeaux, 41, of West Second Street, Fulton, was arrested after an investigation by the Fulton Police Department and charged with the following crimes: Attempt to Commit Crime/Rape 1st; Strangulation 2nd; Assault 2nd; and Unlawful Imprisonment 1st. He is accused of attempting to forcibly engage in sexual intercourse with the victim.
