After an investment of approximately $25 million and months of capital work, the 100-million-gallon-per-year ethanol manufacturing plant began operations in late June and sold its first shipment of corn-based ethanol on June 30.
He allegedly subjected the child to sexual contact as well as causing physical injury to that same child while at a residence in the city of Fulton on July 16.

Fulton city lawmakers have a dispute to mediate among downtown Fulton businesses over parking. The owner of the Tavern on the Lock restaurant is asking for the second time for the city to end all day parking in the city parking lot adjacent to his restaurant. About half of the spaces in that lot, Lot 5, are all-day spaces and the other half are two hour spaces.

We caught a glimpse of these flowers in the flower garden that serves as the gateway to downtown Fulton at the intersection of S. First St. and Oneida St.
During the evening hours of Thursday July 15, the Fulton Police Department utilized two officers to participate in its Quality of Life Patrol. The patrol resulted in the arrest of a Fulton man wanted on several warrants, some felonies. He is also under investigation for other crimes.
Unemployment rose in Oswego County in June, and the jobless rate remains among the state’s highest. Even so, there is some hopeful news in the numbers.
“We’ve started to see some over-the-year job growth,” said Karen Knapic-Scalzo of the state Labor Department’s Syracuse office.
