Cicero Man Sentenced In Fatal Boat Crash

Brad Bouthillier faces John Kowalewski’s family in court to apologize.UPDATED: Brad Bouthillier was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison. Earlier this year, he pled guilty to criminally negligent homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal navigation accident. Both are felony charges.
