Springside at Seneca Hill, The Reservoir Inn, and, Mitchell Printing & Mailing were recognized Thursday at the chamber’s annual small business awards ceremony held at Thunder Island Oasis in Fulton.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. Thursday, members of the Oswego City Police Department, assisted by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, arrested Lyle L. Boatman, 45, of 20 Airport Road, Fulton, for allegedly possessing and selling an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine.
