Local developer Atom Avery plans to demolish the existing Global Buffet building, replacing it with a five-story building consisting of first floor commercial space with residential space on the upper floors including a rooftop bar and terrace.

Oswego County STOP-DWI Coordinator Robert Lighthall announced today (March 12) that Oswego County police agencies will participate in a special enforcement effort to crackdown on impaired driving. The statewide STOP-DWI Crackdown efforts start on March 15 and will end on March 18.
