Oswego County Legislators, Local Officials Reject Governor’s Proposals to Cut AIM, Shift Costs to Counties

Mayor Barlow Announces $25,000 Grant For Southern Fare Restaurant

Mayor Billy Barlow announced today (March 12) a $25,000 grant for Southern Fare, a new restaurant coming to downtown Oswego. Local developer Atom Avery plans to demolish the existing Global Buffet building, replacing it with a five-story building consisting of first floor commercial space with residential space on the upper floors including a rooftop bar and terrace.
