On Jan. 11 at 2:50 p.m., Victorio A. Colon, 20, of Fulton; Luis A. Delgado, 18, of Fulton and Marta J. Nolen, 34, of Fulton, were all arrested for third-degree burglary, a class D felony; fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony; fifth-degree conspiracy, a class A misdemeanor and fourth-degree conspiracy, a class E felony.

County taxpayers have the option of paying their tax bill in two installments. However, if they do, they face a penalty. Legislator Dan Farfaglia (D – 24th) is proposing amending the interest rate paid on property taxes that are paid in installments. He wants counties to be able to establish their own lower (or maybe eliminate) interest rate on real property taxes paid in installments.
A panel of historians will commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Jan. 27 with an illustrated program on the Art and Artists of the Fort Ontario Emergency Refugee Shelter (1944–1946).
