Oswego Hospital wants its visitors and patients to be aware of a street closure on Friday near the healthcare facility that will allow a sewer repair to be completed.

Tammy L. Mansfield, 48, of 241 Stock Road, Hannibal, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, Second Degree, a class D felony. Shirley J. Haskins, 28, of 241 Stock Road, Hannibal, was arrested for Forgery, Second Degree, a class D felony.
Deputies: Woman Found With Teens and Bath Salts
The arrest stems from the investigation into a suspicious vehicle found on Gray Road in the town of Minetto. She was reportedly found in the company of two boys under the age of 17, who had all allegedly participated in the smoking of a synthetic drug that was found in their possession.
Oswego County Legislature Chooses Vendor for Imaging and Text Services
The Oswego County Legislature recently awarded a contract to Info Quick Solutions for text and imaging services for the County Clerk’s Office. The firm will use its own equipment to scan and record data for a variety of transactions, which the County Clerk’s Office is required to keep or provide.
Oswego Canal Festival Welcomes a Parade of Boats
The Urger, a New York State Canal tug, joins the fleet at Oswego’s Historic Maritime District on West First Street Pier from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1. Her visit is planned to help kick off the Oswego Canal Festival planned for Labor Day weekend. She will be available for free walk-aboard tours during regular museum hours. The Oswego Canal Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 1 through 3.
