The driver of the vehicle is listed as Robert J. Fay, 18, of 128 Shacksbush Road, Bernhards Bay. The passenger who lost his life in the accident is listed as Dillan F. Mueller, 18, of 3314 Fulton Avenue, Central Square.

A U.S. Coast Guard Station Oswego, N.Y., boatcrew rescued a man, a woman and a 15-year-old boy from a 34-foot pleasure craft taking on water about 17 miles north of Oswego, nearly in the middle of Lake Ontario, at approximately 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
“This decision was not arrived at easily and we very much appreciate the willingness of the area licensed agencies to support the transition of home aide services,” said Ann Gilpin, Oswego Health President and CEO. “Clients will be allowed to select the organization of their preference and we will support the clients and their families through this transition.
