An Oswego woman crossing the street was injured this afternoon after she was struck by a car, police said. The driver was ticketed for failure to exercise due care, pedestrian.

At approximately 1:57 p.m. today (March 15), Oswego City Police responded to an assault complaint in the area of 310 Walnut St. The 50-year-old female victim reported that as she was retrieving items from her vehicle, she turned around and was immediately struck in the face by an unknown suspect.
