Pulaski Fire Victim Identified
A 68-year-old man, who had been residing at the motel for about a week, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to investigators, the fire started in the victim’s room, near a portable electric heater.

Fire Hits Pulaski Motel
UPDATE: Fire overnight did damage to the Fish On! motel in downtown Pulaski.
One person is said to have died.
The fire was reported at about 4:00 a.m., officials said. It took more than an hour to bring it under control.
Route 11 through the village is shut down because of the fire.
