The New York State Department of Transportation will hold an open house meeting on January 6, regarding a resurfacing project on Route 3 in the city of Fulton. The open house will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. in the second floor courtroom at the Fulton City Hall, at 141 S. First St.

On Dec. 10 the Oswego County Legislature adopted a budget for 2016 that is $2.1 million less than 2015’s budget. The 2016 adopted budget contains $194,733,416 in appropriations, with $45,917,944 raised through the property tax levy.
