State Police in Pulaski arrested Christina I. Doner, age 21, from 6059 South Main Street in Sandy Creek, and Joshua D. Allen, age 25, from 2095 Lake Street in Sandy Creek, for Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd, a class “D” felony and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, a class “A” felony.
