The Oswego County Health Department announced today (July 3) that the David C. Webb Memorial Park Bathing Beach on Oneida Lake in the town of Constantia has been closed to swimming due to the presence of a blue-green algae bloom. The beach will remain closed until the blooms have cleared and the health department approves its re-opening.
The suspect vehicle was unable to properly negotiate the intersection at Bunner Street at Maple Street and reportedly collided with a marked Oswego City Police Department patrol vehicle.
