The lone resident at home at the time got out of the building along with a dog. He was being treated at the hospital.

If there was a basic life support ambulance coming in from somewhere with an advanced life support patient, they’d request a link, Oswego Fire Chief Jeff McCrobie explained. The city would bill the other ambulance service for assistance.
