NYSDOT Reconstruction Route 3 Bridge Over Oswego River In Fulton Under Way
New York State Department of Transportation Commissioner Joan McDonald today (Aug. 13) announced that construction has begun on a $12.2 million project to rehabilitate the bridge carrying Route 3 over the Oswego River, in the city of Fulton.
