Driver of ATV arrested for Felony DWI After Pursuit
A trooper observed an ATV northbound on County Route 7 and attempted to pull it over. However, the ATV failed to comply and continued ending up on Rathburn Road, according to police. A short time later, the ATV and the driver were located hiding behind a house on Rathburn Road.
Trespass Complaint Leads to Pursuit and Drug Arrest
The subject allegedly fled from troopers. And, when she was stopped, a small amount of controlled substance was located inside her vehicle, according to the police report.
