He is accused of entering a town of Scriba residence in June, stealing jewelry, electronics and prescription medications from within. He also entered another town of Scriba residence in July and stole electronics, software, and electronics, deputies said.

The Oswego School Board met to introduce the new athletic director Mike Conners and his vision for Oswego’s sports. However, discussion during the nearly 90-minute meeting quickly changed course, debating whether the district needs a new position to assist its student-athletes.
Board President John Dunsmoor described the position as an “athletic transition coordinator.”
Chad M. Kelly, 30 of Fulton, died on Monday, July 23, 2012,at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar. A native of Fulton, he had been stationed at Ft. Bragg in Fayetteville, NC.
On Sunday at approximately 4:09 p.m. members of the Oswego City Police Department arrested Ciara L. Martin, 26, of 1812 County Route 45 Fulton. Martin was found to be in knowing and unlawful possession of 240 Oxycodone tablets having a total weight of 4.445 ounces, police said.
One man was treated for a leg injury and a woman for head and internal injuries. A third person on the boat wasn’t hurt, according to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.
